AMRG is led by an Executive team with more than 100 years of combined air medical experience:
Ben Dorman – President

Ben Dorman has been a nurse for 20 years with extensive experience in critical care as well as air medicine. He has been flying since 2005 and is an instrument rated pilot who flies 150-200 hours per year. His resume includes ICU, ER, Director of ER and Cardiac Rehab, and 12 years in air medicine including both fixed wing and rotor wing alike.
He started and ran his own successful air ambulance company that was acquired by AMRG in 2013. Ben leads AMRG with a focus on patient care as a medical transport company utilizing aviation as its most critical resource.
Nathan Word – Vice President of Aviation

Nathan Word manages all of Aviation Operations and Maintenance for AMRG. He has been in aviation for 20 years and has experience with both fixed wing
and rotor wing aircraft. He started out as an Avionics technician in the United States Marine Corps before becoming the Avionics Manager and later the Director of Completions at an FAA 14CFR Part 145 Repair Station. Nathan joined AMRG in 2014 and has served as the Director of Completions, Vice President of Aviation Maintenance, and now as Vice President of Aviation.
Shanon Pollock – Vice President of Business Development

Shanon has eight years of air medical experience focused on marketing, business development, public relations, customer service and program management.
He began his career with Air Medical Resource Group just as the corporation entered its aggressive growth period and has served in the organization as Manager of Business Development, Director of Business Development, Program Director and now as the Vice President of Business Development. He earned a bachelors degree in Marketing from Southern Utah University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wyoming.
